mendmyi had a limited functionality single support page when I got involved to revamp their support offering. This needed to change due to the ever expanding nature of their business.
I created a dedicated support area with easy to understand sections with each having a set of FAQ’s with detailed answers and assistance for queries people may have.
The techniques used to create the main page of the mendmyi support include ‘highlight on hover’ sectioning that is easy to navigate on a nice set template which goes with their corporate image. Every inner page section that houses the FAQ’s includes a click-able list of questions that scroll to the relevant question and answer the customer/potential customer wanted the answer to.
